Individual and couples therapy for anxiety, grief, relationships, reproductive mental health, and life transitions.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can give you somewhere to slow down, say the things you may not be saying anywhere else, and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing while developing more supportive ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, your body, and the people around you.

Anxiety, Overwhelm & Self-Worth

Maybe you put enormous pressure on yourself to get things right, struggle to switch off, feel uncomfortable in your body, or notice that food, appearance, or self-criticism have become tied to how you feel about yourself.

We may explore:
  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Perfectionism and self-criticism
  • People-pleasing and over-functioning
  • Difficulty slowing down or asking for help
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Body image and your relationship with food
  • Emotional regulation and feeling disconnected from yourself

The goal isn’t simply to make uncomfortable feelings disappear. It’s to better understand what drives them and develop responses that feel more grounded and sustainable.

Grief, Loss & Reproductive Mental Health

Not all grief is obvious, and not every loss is recognized by the people around us. Some losses are carried quietly, especially when the people around you don’t fully understand what was lost. Therapy can offer space for experiences that may feel deeply personal, difficult to explain, or lonely to carry.

This may include:

  • Grief and bereavement

  • Pregnancy loss and miscarriage

  • Fertility challenges

  • Reproductive uncertainty

  • Pregnancy and postpartum transitions

  • Ambiguous or disenfranchised grief

  • Changes in identity after loss

  • Beginning again after a life you imagined has changed

There is no timeline for grief and no single “right” way to move through it. Our work can make room for what happened while helping you reconnect with yourself and the life that continues around it.

Relationships, Heartbreak & Life Transitions

Sometimes what brings you to therapy isn’t one event. It’s the realization that a familiar pattern keeps following you.

Maybe you’re questioning a relationship, recovering from heartbreak, struggling to set boundaries, or noticing that you keep ending up in dynamics you understand but don’t know how to change. Or perhaps life has shifted in a way that has left you wondering who you are now — and what comes next.

We may work with:

  • Relationship and attachment patterns

  • Boundaries

  • Communication and conflict

  • Family dynamics

  • Intimate partner violence

  • Heartbreak and relationship loss

  • Identity and self-trust

  • Career, relocation, marriage, separation, or other major transitions

  • The uncertainty that comes with becoming someone new

Understanding the pattern is one thing. Learning how to respond differently is where change begins.

Couples Therapy

Strengthen connection and communication.

Couples therapy gives us space to slow those patterns down, understand what’s happening underneath them, and find different ways of communicating, connecting, and moving through difficult moments together.

How Couples Therapy works

Maybe the subject changes, but somehow you end up in the same place. One of you pursues while the other pulls away. A small disagreement becomes much bigger than either of you intended. You both try to explain yourselves, but neither person feels truly understood. Or perhaps you’re facing a decision, family pressure, cultural difference, loss, or transition that has brought something important in your relationship to the surface.

The goal isn’t to decide who’s right. It’s to understand the pattern you’re both getting pulled into.

Together, we may work on:

  • Recurring conflict and communication patterns

  • Emotional distance, unmet needs, or disconnection

  • Trust, infidelity, betrayal, and relationship repair

  • Attachment needs and differences in how you seek connection

  • Intimacy and emotional connection

  • Family, cultural, or religious differences

  • Boundaries and expectations

  • Premarital and commitment concerns

  • Fertility and reproductive stress

  • Parenting and family-of-origin differences

  • Major decisions and life transitions

  • Strengthening friendship and connection

Our work includes structured assessment, identifying recurring patterns, strengthening friendship and connection, and developing practical ways to communicate and navigate conflict differently. You don’t have to stop disagreeing to have a strong relationship. Sometimes the work is learning how to find each other again when things get hard.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying something quietly for a long time.

Share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I’ll be in touch to help you determine whether working together feels like the right next step.
